Memory Care is a secure residential environment supporting individuals living with dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease. Our approach to this type of care and support includes collaboration with our resident, the resident’s family, a primary care physician and others to arrive at a plan of care suited to each resident; not a one-size-fits-all approach!
Included with the all-inclusive monthly rent are:
- Daily meals and snacks
- Routine housekeeping services
- All utilities excluding phone and internet
- Scheduled local transportation
- Caring, trained staff available 24 hours per day
- Programming that promotes health and well-being
Transitions Neighborhood
Transitions is a program that provides a unique approach for those who are in the early to moderate stages of dementia/Alzheimer’s. Our program is designed to provide an independent lifestyle for activities, dining and care services. This specialized neighborhood bridges our residents from assisted living to memory care.
Transitions provides an engaging social environment, where residents will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities that best suit their individual needs. Our Transitions residents benefit from daily accomplishments, independence joyfulness and the building of cognitive reserves.
